FAQ
FAQs for Bridge.Nestree.
Q : What is the difference between Bridge and Swap?
A : Swap is the process of exchanging one token for another within the same blockchain network. It works like an exchange where tokens of different values are traded, and requires liquidity for the tokens involved.
Bridge is the process of transferring the same asset from one blockchain network to another. Unlike swaps, bridges don't require liquidity, and the intrinsic value of the asset remains the same while only the network changes.
Q : How is the bridge fee calculated?
A : The Nestree.Bridge service itself does not charge any additional fees. However, network fees (gas fees) are required to process transactions on the blockchain. These gas fees fluctuate in real-time depending on network congestion and are paid in the native cryptocurrency of the sending network (ETH for Ethereum). Gas fees vary based on the amount and complexity of data being processed and are calculated as 'gas used × gas price'.
Q : How long does it take to complete a cross-chain transfer?
A : Transfers from Ethereum to Space Network take an average of 10-15 minutes. This may be delayed depending on network conditions, and can take 30 minutes or longer during periods of high transaction volume and network congestion.
You can check the status of your transfers at:
Ethereum Scan : https://etherscan.io/

Q : My cross-chain transfer has been stuck for more than 30 minutes. what should I do?
A : Transfers may be delayed depending on network conditions. First, check the transaction status on Ethereum Explorer or Layerzero Explorer. If your transaction has been successfully processed but the status is not updating in Bridge.Nestree, or if the delay exceeds 1 hour, please contact us at the email below.

Q : My transfer shows "Completed" status but I didn't see it in Metamask. What should I do?
A : If your transfer is marked as completed but the tokens are not visible in MetaMask, please check the following:
Verify that MetaMask is connected to the correct network.
Check if the token is added to your MetaMask wallet. You may need to add the token manually.
Confirm that the transaction was successfully completed on the blockchain explorer.
If the issue persists, please contact us at social@nestree.io.
