Role

User	Discription
Voter	A regular user who participates in the service and can vote with the number of tokens they have on a created agenda. Participants can receive a pre-set percentage of tokens in the event of a 'win.'
Creator	All users participating in the service can create voting proposals without any conditions. Agenda creators receive a pre-determined percentage of tokens. An agenda can be created once per day per account.
Validator	Help keep the service running smoothly. Mainly to ensure that no unhealthy proposals are posted and a validator reviews all proposals before being voted on

Rule

Case	Rule
Win	If your selection is the one with the most votes If you win: number of votes + win reward
Lose	If the option you select is not the one with the most votes If you lose the number of votes - win a reward
Draw	No one voted for any options other than the one you chose. If there is more than one option with the most votes The proposal is invalidated and all tokens are returned to the voter.
